Yes. DHL provides a door to door delivery service therefore all shipments require a signatory prior to the release of your shipment to you. Should you be absent when the delivery takes place, your family members or colleagues may receive the package on your behalf.

DHL Express has 3 (three) collection timings daily.
1000 to 1300hrs
1500 to 1800hrs
1900 to 2200hrs

Our DHL Express tracking number does not consist of any alphabets.

Please take note that they will be a SGD$30 processing fees for your shipment to be returned to you. Do take note that this request will be on a best effort basis.

For redeclaration or refund, please proceed to this page to fill up the online refund request form and submit the relevant documents according to the type of refund. Our GST Helpdesk will review and get back to you within 7 working days
